William was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 4, 1990. He is the beloved son of Carolyn Howard and Phillip Tharp; treasured grandson of Patty Tharp, the late Craig Tharp, Norma Butner and Bill Butner; cherished brother of of Philip, Josh, Drake and Christopher; loving uncle of Alyssia, Alexis, Jonathan, Colton and Preston; and dear cousin of Chloi and Colt. William enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. He was also especially known for his tinkering, as he was very mechanically inclined. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Services will be held privately by the family.
