Beloved husband of Wilma Witt for 59 years. Loving father of Will (Jacque), Greg (Shelia), Laura (Lyn) Shepherd, Carmen (Paul) Tillery and Shirley (Stan) Smith. Cherished grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 18. Dear brother of Nola Bowlin. Wilburn passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at the age of 79 years. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 from 11am until the time of the Funeral Service at 12pm at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 3950 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton, Ohio 45015. Interment to follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
