Wendell Dean Nash – Beloved Husband of Betty Aileen Nash (nee Weber) for 49 years. Devoted Father of Karen (Danny) Drifmeyer, Jo Ann (Michael) Asalone, Anthony Joseph (Margaret) Roberto, and Leslie Johnson. Dear Brother of Odes Manford (Barbara) Nash, Jr., Norma (Earl) Will, and the late Jean (the late Herman) Warner. Also survived by his loving grand-daughters, Danielle Baker & Morgan Mornet Scroggs, 8 other grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews. Wendell passed away on December 11, 2019 at the age of 88. Wendell served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was proud of his military history and loved telling stories about the war. Wendell loved his alma mater, Centre College, where he graduated Cum Laude. Throughout his life he was a DIY expert: a real “do it yourselfer.” Wendell enjoyed Camping, RVing and spending time in the great outdoors. He was a bowler, golfer and sports enthusiast. Wendell will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 16th at 11 AM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, OH 45231.
