Virginia "Ginny" Duggins

Hamilton - Virginia "Ginny" Duggins. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Duggins. Devoted mother of the late Kay (the late Ron) Grace, Pat (Jerry Rhea) Perry, Cheryl (Bob Wirtley) Turner, and Jim (Regina) Duggins. Also survived by her special niece, Darlene Milton, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, & great-great-grandchildren. Virginia passed away on April 28, 2024 at the age of 98 years. Member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church. She loved to write poems and watch & feed the birds in her yard.  She especially loved Sunday afternoons spent with her children.  Ginny touched the lives of so many people and she will be greatly missed. Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 3rd at 10 AM at St. Mary's Cemetery, 4030 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton, OH 45015. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
