Thelma C. Stevens, age 98, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025, at Triple Creek Retirement Community. She was born on June 21, 1927, in Hamilton, Ohio, to the late Cecil and Edna (Croswell) Oligee. Thelma had a deep appreciation for nature and found joy in bird watching and spending time outdoors. She also cherished the companionship of her dogs and treasured outings with her friends and family—especially lunch dates filled with love and laughter. She is survived by her loving children: Judith Asbrock, Nancy (Michael) Danner, and Thomas (Cynthia) Stevens; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother-in-law William (Phyllis) Stevens; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends, especially Diahanne Harrington. Thelma was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 69 years, Milton Stevens; her parents; and her three sisters: Eileen Oligee, Louise McKibben, and Anna Grant.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Arlington Memorial Gardens – Mausoleum Chapel, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
