Steven Michael Rennick

Steven was born to Ruth Marie (nee Vonderheide) and Steven Peter Rennick in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 3, 1949 and passed away surrounded by family at his home in Fairfield on July 27, 2024. He is the beloved husband of Phyllis Ann (nee Walters) Rennick; devoted father of Steven Michael (Nanci) Rennick, Rebecca  Elizabeth (Michael) Reu, Melissa Marie (Thomas) Otten and Jennifer Gail (Jeff) Meacham; cherished grandfather of Justin Otten, Dylan, Meacham, Nathan Otten, Owen Turnbull, Savannah Meacham, Taylor Rennick, Hope Turnbull, Jacob Otten, Jonah Turnbull and Lyla Rennick; and dear brother of Pete (Dot) Rennick. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings JoAnn Childress, Ruth Ann Vincent, Mary Brown and David Rennick. 

Steven served proudly in the United States Army and served two tours in Vietnam. In between his two tours, he married the love of his life, Phyllis, on January 4, 1969 and they were together for over 55 years. 

A visitation for Steven will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 5 to 8 pm. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 6 at 1 pm at Paul R. Young Funeral Home.
