Shirley Engel

Shirley (Jansen) Engel, age 87, loving wife to her husband Jim for 67 years and a strong matriarch to a large family. Resident of Colerain Township. She was a beloved mother to Jim, Jr. (Patty) Engel, the late Steve (late Tonya) Engel, Debbie (Mel) Colegate, Diane (John) Heyob.

Shirley's memory will live on with her grandchildren Jim III (Mandy) Engel, Jody (Brandon) Jackson, Jessica (Andy) Knight, Jared Engel, Steve Jr. (Britni) Engel, Mike (Kaylin) Engel, Dennis (Rose) Colegate, Kevin Colegate, John Jr. (Julia) Heyob, and Samantha Heyob. Great Grandma to 18 and counting.

In addition to raising a strong family, Shirley was a successful businesswoman who founded several companies alongside her husband Jim. She was instrumental in growing these successful businesses that are still in operation today. Shirley was an intelligent and hardworking person that was respected and loved by her employees.  Shirley will forever be missed by her family that will continue to carry on her legacy. 

Services will be held by the family privately.
