Robin Bricka

Robin Sue Bricka of Cincinnati, Ohio was born in Wilmington to Delbert and Betty Richardson and passed away peacefully on August 17th, 2024 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 66. Robin was the cherished wife of Duane Bricka and a devoted mother to Nathan (Kellie) Reeves. She also embraced her role as stepmother to Rachel (Dana) Clendenin and Brandon Bricka. Her greatest joy came from being a grandmother to her six grandchildren: Kate, Anna, Mason, Katelyn, Emmalin, and Charlotte. She was a dear sister to Janet Brackett, Ronnie (Sarah) Richardson, and Lonnie Richardson, a loving aunt to Kevin, Tina, Craig, Cara, Torie, Jon, and many great-nieces and great-nephews. Robin's kindness and warmth extended to her wide circle of friends, many of whom she
considered family. Robin is preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Betty (nee Rusk) Richardson, her parents-in-law, and her nephew, Steve Barnett.

Robin grew up in Morrow, Ohio, and graduated from Little Miami High School in 1975. She carried the values of her upbringing throughout her life, always displaying kindness, generosity, and a deep commitment to helping others. She served as an American Sign Language interpreter for Hamilton County Education Services for over 25 years, where she made a significant impact on the lives of countless students and colleagues. In addition to her work, Robin was a dedicated foster parent to two boys early in her life and worked closely with Fred's Mission, helping to foster many dogs in need of loving homes.

Robin had an amazing sense of humor that could light up any room. She loved her family dearly and was known for her kindness, compassion, and ability to mentor others with wisdom and grace. Her caring nature and quick wit made her a beloved figure in the lives of everyone she encountered. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

A celebration of Robin's life will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Lindenwald Community Church, 3501 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, Ohio 45015 with visitation from 10 AM to 12 PM and the celebration of life immediately following.
