Robert "Bob" Wise

Robert "Bob" Wise was born on May 30, 1940 to parents Robert D. & Verna Lou Wise. Bob passed away on January 14, 2026 at the age of 85 years. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years Gayle Wood Wise; his dearest children Kimberley (Scott) Wise McDonough (with their children Jordan & Tyler McDonough), Victoria (Warren) Wise Hughes (with their children Brittany (Kyle) Hughes Norris, Kirsten (Jake) Hughes Hartbarger, Sierra Hughes, & Cole Hughes, and their grandchildren Levi & Jax Hartbarger), and Trisha (David) Wise-Draper (with their children Holden & Peyton Draper). Bob was an Air Force Veteran and loved putting puzzles together & watching old movies including war pictures and westerns. He was known for his deep devotion to his family and especially cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 21st from 12 PM to 1 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. His graveside service with Military Honors will take place immediately following the visitation at Crown Hill Memorial Park at 1:30 PM. A gathering with refreshments will be held at Cedar Village (5467 Cedar Village Drive, Mason, OH) immediately following the burial at ~ 3 PM for family and friends who wish to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care.
