RUMGAY, Jr., Robert W., beloved husband of Donna Rumgay (Kemp) married in 1953; loving father of Debbie (Dale) Lacey, Susan Poffinbarger, Judy (Jeff) Withrow. Grandfather of Rob (Angie) Jester, Kayla Poffinbarger, Brooke Withrow, Great grandfather of Laeken Jester. Also survived by his sister, Helen Bruck and his brother, David Rumgay. Passed away at home on August 20, 2018. Joined Local Laborers #534 in 1954 and retired in 1998 as Secretary-Treasurer. A visitation will take place at the Darrtown United Methodist Church on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Darrtown United Methodist Church.
