Robert W. Glardon

Rob was born to Mary (nee Moorman) and Donald Glardon in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 14, 1973. Rob lost his heroic fight with Multiple Myeloma. He was a Master Electrician and also served honorably in the United States Navy. He first learned the electrical trade at D. Russell Lee and later used those skills in the Navy. He spent 20 years working for Denier, becoming a Master Electrician, and later retired from the Inspection Bureau, Inc. as an Electrical Safety Inspector.

Rob is the beloved husband of Heather (nee Campbell) Glardon, married 2008; cherished stepfather of Gavin Wisdom; dear brother of, Tom (Wanda) Glardon, Steve Glardon, Julie (Joe) Skalley, and adored brother-in-law of Alita Simpson, Lisa Ackman; treasured uncle of, Kelly, Thomas, Katie, Kurt, Kyle, Jennifer, Zachary, Eddie, Maria; great uncle to Alex, Audrey, Scarlet, Lucy, Colin, Sadie, Oliver. He's also survived by many dear family members whose lives he touched. Rob was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald Glardon, Jr. 

He will be remembered for his great love for his family. Robert loved being a stepdad and an uncle. He and Heather also cherished time together 'going Jeepin' and exploring new places. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and ‘choppin it up” with his father in law Marcus Campbell. He also was a train enthusiast who happily persuaded Heather to incorporate a large-scale model train set in their home. He loved life and was deeply loved. Rob will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service for Rob will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy) on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 11 am.
