Reverend John E. Ware was born on April 10, 1933 to parents, Ruth & John Ellis Ware, Sr.. John E. Ware passed away on November 17, 2024 at the age of 91 years. He is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Ruth Ann Ware; his children, Dr. Theodore (Beth) Ware, David (Jackie) Ware, Marilyn (James) Carroll, and Julian Ware; his cherished grandchildren, John, Hannah (Jeff), Theresa, Lydia, Jessica (Kevin), Michael, Jason, & Justin; his loving great-grandchildren, Aidan, Kyla, Miranda, Emma Grace, & Mia; his dear sisters, Lois (Chuck) Hauser & Ruthie (the late Jim) Reichenbach; and many friends. Preceded in death by his parents; his son, the late Daniel Ware; and his grandchildren, the late Jonathan David Ware & the late Andrea Jewel Ruth Reynolds. 1956 Graduate of Capital University (Columbus, OH) and a 1960 Graduate of Lutheran Theological Seminary (Columbus, OH). John served as a Pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America- at Bethel Lutheran Church (St. Clair Shores, MI), Lutheran Mission Field in New Guinea, Zion Lutheran Church (Groveport, OH), and Trinity Lutheran Church (Mt. Healthy, OH). The Family would like to extend gratitude and thanks to Hospice of Cincinnati, the physicians, and everyone who supported them during this difficult time. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th from 10 AM until time of the Memorial Service 11 AM at Augsburg Lutheran Church, 11676 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45231, with a reception to follow (also at the church). Burial will be held at the Garden of Peace at Olivet Lutheran Church (Sylvania, OH). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Lutheran World Relief, PO Box 17061, Baltimore, MD 21297-1061. Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt.
