Oliver McFarland, Jr.

Oliver was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Bobbie Jean (nee Jackson) and Oliver McFarland, Sr. on May 11, 1967. He was raised in the Cincinnati area and graduated from Finneytown High School, class of 1985. He later attended OSU in Columbus and always remained an avid Ohio State Buckeyes football fan. Oliver also loved and was a true fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Reds. He, along with his family, was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Healthy. 

Oliver is the beloved son of Oliver McFarland, Sr. and the late Bobbie Jean (nee Jackson) McFarland; cherished sister Shonda McFarland; and nephew and cousin to a host of loving relatives and family members. 

A funeral service for Oliver will be held at the First Baptist Church of Mt. Healthy (1210 Compton Rd.) on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 10:30 AM. Burial to immediately follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Paul R. Young Funeral Homes is handling the arrangements.
