Nancy Jo (Davis) Wright

Nancy was born and raised in Greenhills, Ohio.

She passed away peacefully on June 4th at Mt. Healthy Christian Village.

Welcoming Nancy at heaven’s gates are her father and mother and two sisters.

Joe Davis, Racheal (Davis) Rottinghaus, Mikie (Davis) Ostendorf and Bonnie (Davis) Armstrong.

She is survived by her sister Toby (Davis) Meyer and her former husband Fred Wright and their two children. Shelley (Don) Paul, Sherry (Tom) Enderle.

Six Grandchildren Lindsey, Allie (Chris Horsley), Tori and Tess Enderle, Kirsten (Matt) Kinkopf and Colton Paul.

Seven Great Grandchildren Brett and Braleigh Enderle, Mary, Preston, Kinley, Grayson Horsley, and Huntleigh Enderle.

Nancy was very active in her community. She worked at the Greenhills Delicatessen. Where she met many friends. She spent most of her career being a childcare giver. She loved and cared for so many families and their children like they were her own. She then went to work at Bethesda North Hospital for 15 years. She worked in the radiology dept and Breast Center. All the doctors and staff loved her and her cookies!

Nancy loved her sports. She played softball (into her fifties), bowling and tennis. She also coached softball and soccer. She helped start women’s softball at Spoils Field in Greenhills.

She was Sister Sassy, funny, a spitfire, sarcastic. She always had a smile on her face and loved Jesus and her family.

But her passion was Dancing! She could dance the jitter bug to line dancing. She started clogging with the Pitcher Perfect Cloggers. They clogged all over the United States. They clogged at the White House, Macy’s Day Parade, Hawaii and festivals and fairs. Now she is Dancing on Streets of Gold!

Nancy is free from Dementia now and embraced by so much love both here on earth and in heaven.

We are going to miss her, but we are thankful for all the AMAZING MEMORIES we got to share.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15 from 6-7pm at Landmark Church (1600 Glendale Milford Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45215).  A Memorial Service to immediately follow at 7pm.
