Mildred "Millie" Heeg (nee Collins). Born on January 8, 1930 in Little Colly, KY. She passed away, peacefully, surrounded by her family , on December 1, 2025 in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert F. Heeg. Devoted mother to her seven children, the late Mary Jane Heeg, the late Richard Adam Heeg, the late Juliann Stern, Robert F. (Brenda) Heeg, the late Jennifer Elizabeth Heeg, Ron Joseph (Karrie) Heeg, and Joan Leslie (Russell) DeBruler. Also survived by 19 grandchildren & 17 great-grandchildren.
Member of Church of the Assumption Church (Mt Healthy). Millie spent countless hours visiting the sick and elderly in local nursing homes. She delivered food for meals on wheels. She crocheted and knitted and made countless afghans and baby booties and sweaters. She crocheted hats and scarves for the homeless, bought baby clothes at every yard sale to donate to the right of life. She traveled a lot, but would cancel any plans and devote every second to a family member in need. She went out of her way to help anyone she could. She attended daily Catholic Mass and truly lived her life for Christ. She loved to read and could read an entire book in a day! She loved every single baby as her own and had love and compassion for every single animal. She gave the best advice and could remember and deliver the funniest jokes! Family was everything to her and her family loved her beyond compare! Her name was Mildred Love and she was the epitome of love!
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 9th at 10 AM at Church of the Assumption, 7711 Joseph St.,Mt Healthy, OH 45231. Pvt. Interment at Crown Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati, 2406 Auburn Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45219 or to the Charity of Donor's Choice.
