Maxine I. Craig

Maxine was born on October 30, 1944, to Mildred Ruth (Nee Hutchinson) and Harmon Hinkel Buhi. She is the beloved mother of Kelly (Joe) Ogborn and Michelle (Ryan) Rice; cherished grandmother of Connor Ogborn, Landon Ogborn, Jackson Rice and Bennett Rice; and dear aunt of Tina, Doug, Diana, and Sharon. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Jeanette (Herman) Mahlerwein.

Maxine spent 25 years with Procter & Gamble, taking great pride in her work and dedication. She will be remembered for her love of square dancing and her adoration for her cat, Delia. Originally from Reily, Ohio, she was also a longtime member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Fairfield.

A visitation for Maxine will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home in Oxford on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial at Springdale Cemetery in Reily will immediately follow.
