It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary L. Hastings (nee Waldren). She was born September 5, 1935 in Cincinnati, Ohio and a was a 1953 graduate of Colerain high school. Mary loved working but gave up her career to be a fulltime caretaker to her husband after he became permanently disabled. After her husband’s passing, she returned to work spending the rest of her working years most notably at Paramount’s Kings Island where she never missed an opportunity to tell you how much she loved working with the people there.
She had a beautiful singing voice and an amazing love for the outdoors, and her many cherished animals. She spent her free time painting, crocheting and doing crafts.
