Obituary for Margaret Cornett Kerrison

Margaret Cornett Kerrison, 92, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025 at Twin Towers Senior Living.  She was born on May 16, 1932 in Irvine, Kentucky to Willie and Mollie (nee Powell) Dunaway.

Margaret is survived by her children; Wes (Debbie) Cornett, Debbi (Danny) Pitman, Melissa (Scott) Kadish, step-daughter, Janet (Ray) Dehner, grandchildren; Brian, Katie, Jason, Jonathan, Ian, Kendall, Max, Cooper, step-grandchildren; Jenna, Carrie, Jen, Rachel, Laura and great-grandma to many great grandchildren. siblings; Louise Holbrook, Shirley (Scottie) Durbin, Darrell Dunaway, sisters-in-law; Jean Dunaway, Alice Dunaway and many extended relatives and friends including her neighbors on Windsong Way.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward E. Cornett and Norman R. Kerrison. She was also preceded in death by her siblings; Theresa Dunaway, George Dunaway, Luther Dunaway, Elmer Dunaway, Larry Dunaway and sister Tina Noland.

The family will receive friends at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231 on Friday May 16, 2025 from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon. Funeral services will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, May 16, 2025 at Paul R Young Funeral Home. Interment will be at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
