It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Sue Burton, age 76, who passed away on the evening of September 3, 2025. She was born to the late Robert Edward and Helen Frances (Campbell) Westfall on January 4, 1949 in Hamilton, Ohio. A proud graduate of Hamilton Garfield High School, class of 1967, Linda dedicated 30 years of her life to Champion Paper before retiring. She was a kind and generous soul who poured her heart into Angel Ministries, making a lasting impact on those around her. She found joy in crafting, spending countless hours creating beautiful pieces. Her creative spirit and heartfelt dedication will be missed dearly. Linda is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 43 years, Gary Burton; treasured granddaughter, Madison Mays; sisters, Pam (James) Watt and Beth (Marvin) Vest; special cousin, Richard (LeeEtta) Mallicote; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, beloved son, Tony Bustle and niece, Jordyn Vest. A visitation will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, located at 3950 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, Ohio 45015 on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. A private burial will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Foundation, an organization close to their hearts.
