Kiven M. Johnson

Kiven was born to Mary Nell Parker in Oxford, Ohio on October 27, 1959. He's the beloved husband of Christy (nee Abrams) Johnson; loving brother of Korey (Cindy) Burum, Winona Dickerson, Mae Jessop, Bobby Johnson and James Johnson, Jr.; dear brother-in-law of John (Shirley) Abrams; and cherished uncle of Nicole Abrams. Kiven was an accomplished athlete, earning his Bachelor's degree from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, He excelled in Football as well as Track & Field, earning him a place in their Hall of Fame. Kiven was also a gifted Sous Chef for several years, spending his career serving others. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

A Memorial Visitation will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home in Oxford on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 11 AM until 12 PM.
