Kathleen E. Skaggs (nee Wehr). Born on April 27, 1937 in Cincinnati, OH. Kathleen passed away on September 23, 2024 at the age of 87 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Kendrick W. Skaggs; devoted mother of Stephen (Anita) Skaggs, Thomas (Trish) Skaggs, and Elizabeth Wiggins; cherished grandmother of Andrew, Tori, Jordan, Alyssa, Olivia, Paul, and Ben; and loving great-grandmother of Melody & Aamir. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Kathleen was preceded in death by her siblings, the late Margie, the late Eugene, and the late Billy. Graduate of the University of Cincinnati. She was a teacher for many years and also helped run the PTA at Mt. Healthy Frost Elementary. Active member of Northminster Presbyterian Church where she was a Deacon & an Elder, sang in the Outreach choir, taught Sunday School, ran numerous Bible studies, and was involved with Stephen’s Ministry. Longtime member of Sanctuary Choir. Her Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 8th, at 11 AM at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 703 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231 with a luncheon/reception immediately following.
