Judith Ann Kotzbauer (nee Reed) – Beloved Daughter of the late Hazel (King) & Morford Reed; Wife of the late Vernon Kotzbauer; devoted Mother of the late Lynda "Charlie" Rhomberg, and Karen “Joe” Lewis; loving Grandmother of Daniel Voss and Christopher Voss; cherished Sister of Nancy “Mark” Hill; dear Aunt of  Steven “Blaine” Hill and Great-Aunt of Harry Hill and Dottie Hill; beloved Niece of Verna Pitcher; dear friend of Jean Clear; and loving cousin to many – Passed away on April 5, 2020 at the age of 79.

Judy was a graduate of North College Hill High School, class of 1958. She was a lifelong Cincinnati Reds fan. Judy loved listening to music and appreciating the beauty of nature around her, especially cardinals and butterflies which she had quite the porcelain collection of. Judy was an avid reader, her favorite author was Stephen King and she owned a majority of his books.  What made Judy happiest was being a mom, grandma, and spending time with her sister Nancy. Judy's favorite memories are of the wonderful fun outings and get togethers with cousins, aunts and uncles!
