In loving memory of Jose L. Gutierrez, Jr. "Joe" born on October 1, 1980 in Cincinnati, Ohio who was the beloved son of Jose L. Gutierrez Sr. and the late Pamela S. Troescher, stepson of Ray (Sharon) Troescher. Joe passed peacefully away on September 14, 2025 at the age of 44.
Joe began his career with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office before transitioning to a new path as a Heavy Tow Truck Recovery Driver for Englewood Towing. He was dedicated to both his family and his work, bringing skill, passion, and a strong work ethic to everything he did. Joe had the privilege of working alongside many wonderful people and was deeply passionate about his careers.
Joe will be fondly remembered for his love and enjoyment of fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle, and spending quality time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, Cyclones and Ohio State Buckeyes.
With a one-of-a-kind sense of humor, Joe loved to make people laugh. He had a deep love for his family and a generous heart, always willing to lend a hand.
Joe was also an active member of the Iron Shields, Ohio chapter, and built wonderful and lasting friendships wherever he went. Joe will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 24 years, Diane Gutierrez (nee Coy); his children Joseph Gutierrez, Cheyenne Gutierrez, and Myriah Kissel; his sisters Maria Gutierrez and Charity Gutierrez; and brothers the late Robert (Stephanie) Hall III, Phillip (Janice) Hall, Christian Hall, and Luis Angel Gutierrez. Joe is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Service will be held on October 25, 2025 from 10:30am - 12:30pm at the Union Township Civic Center at 4350 Aicholtz Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the American Legion Post 72 at 497B Old St Rt 74, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244.
