John G. Albright. Beloved son of the late Walter Albright and the late Goldie Albright. Loving brother of Phyllis (the late Dick) Cholak, Peggy (the late Robert) Shotton, Sue Albright, and the late James (Nita) Albright. Cherished uncle of Diana (Dan) Klar. Dear great-uncle of Kristina Klar, Melissa Klar, Sierra (Aaron) Henline. Also survived by other caring family members. John passed away on August 4, 2024 at the age of 66 years. He was a member of Free Holiness Church of God (Covington,KY). In March of 2024, John experienced what it was to become a new creature in Christ Jesus. He began praying and attending church at the Free Holiness Church of God in Covington, KY, and the evidence of his rebirth was plainly seen. John would enter the church door with a smile, ready to greet all of the members with a hug and a handshake and he would stand to his feet and testify of what the Lord had done for him. The church rejoiced in the Spirit as John partook in his first communion service, and those gathered with him in the ICU room rejoiced with him again as he was baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. During one of his hospital stays, it was discussed how this hospital stay was different because now, his soul was ready for departure. John’s response: “And I can’t wait!” Now his waiting is for that great reunion day, when the rest of God’s saints will be gathered together with the Lord, and with John. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 8th from 11:30 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 1:30 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Interment to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences can be made at www.paulyoungfuneralhome.com.
