In Loving Memory of Jean D. Harp (nee Stuman) 

Jean D. Harp, age 86, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was peacefully called home on November 14, 2024. Born to the late Albert and Dorothy Stuman on March 20, 1938, Jean led a life filled with love, family, and dedication to her community. 

A proud graduate of Our Lady of Angels (OLA) in 1956, Jean navigated various career paths with grace and determination. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, John (Dick) Harp. 

Jean is survived by her four devoted daughters: Susan (Chris) Baute, Debora (the late Larry Fette) Engel, Connie (Jeff) Baute, and Julie (Engel) Terry. She also leaves behind her stepdaughters: Rhonda Harp, Barb Harp, Pam Wilson, and Tina (Matt) Coffey. Jean’s legacy lives on through her grandchildren: Kristin (Andrew), Nick (Kayla), Jamie (Rachael), Bryan, Stephanie, Casey (Steve), Amanda (Alex), Jake, Keshia, and Brandi; great-grandchildren: Hannah, Ryan, Kalynn, Cory, Landen, Anthony, Kylee, Cadence, Lincoln, Isaiah, Noah, Jonah, Sophia, Liam, Asher, and Anderson; and great-great-granddaughter, Oaklynn.

Jean was a pillar of her community, passionately involved with the Cincinnati Miniature Society, North College Hill (NCH) Citizen on Patrol, and the NCH Senior Center. Her hobbies included caring for her beloved cats, gardening, crafting, and creating intricate miniature houses. Above all, Jean cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 10am to 12pm at Paul Young Funeral Home (7345 Hamilton Ave Cincinnati, Ohio 45231). A funeral service will immediately follow at 12pm. Burial at Spring Grove Cemetery.
