Jane Hirsch

Jane Ann Hirsch (Siegmund), age 82 passed away peacefully on April 11, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother and great grandmother, a loyal sister, and a cherished friend to many.

She shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband of 62 ½ years, Lynn Edward Hirsch. Together they built a family rooted in love, strength, and lasting memories.

She will be deeply missed by her children: Daniel Hirsch (Debbie), Amy Hirsch, Lea Ann Hirsch (Dave Schmitt). Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Madelyn Minges, Shelby Hacker, Katelyn Hirsch, Elizabeth Young, and Clay Burton, as well as her treasured great grandchildren: Tucker, Carter, Remington, Mae, and Rhett. Her siblings: Judy Creagor (Siegmund), Arnold Siegmund, John Siegmund, Mary Ann Conroy (Siegmund), Elizabeth George (Siegmund).

She was known for her selfless giving, kindness, extreme loyalty, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. Whether through quiet moments or joyful gatherings, she made everyone feel loved, cared for, and valued. Her presence was a gift, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A funeral visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 from 10 - 11:45 AM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home 7345 Hamilton Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. We will then process to Catholic Mass at St. Clare Church at 1443 Cedar Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45224. She will be laid to rest at Arlington Memorial Gardens. The family would like to welcome friends to a reception at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy) following the burial. She will be forever loved and never forgotten.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, if desired.
