Herman Parker

Herman G. Parker – Beloved Husband of the late Linda Parker for 54 years. Devoted Father of Karen Koking, Richard (Jamie) Parker, Travis (Vanessa) Parker, and Justin Parker. Loving Grandfather of Derek, Evan, Tanner, Darian, Payton, Nolan, Camden, Deven, Myles, Abraham (Abe), and Ezekiel (Zeek). Cherished Great-Grandfather of Hunter, Heidi, Braiden, Bennett, Dalton, Denver, Ezra, Waylon and Louella. Dear brother of Carol (John) Johnson, Charlotte, and Susan, the late Horton, Robert, Paul, Daisy, Bessie (Richard) Worley, Della McClain, Ruth Keeton. Beloved Uncle of many Nieces and Nephews. Passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 79.

Herman was a truly caring person. His passions in life were fishing, bowling and his family and friends. Herman worked extremely hard to provide for his family as a Pest Control Technician for 50 plus years. What he loved most was being a Husband to his wife Linda, a Father and a Grandfather and his beloved dog Mick. He will be missed by all who knew him.

The family will welcome friends on January 28, 2026 from 9AM - 11AM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy) for a visitation. A funeral service will immediately follow.
