Donna was born on September 9, 1950 to Dorothy (nee Mink) and Dow Winkler in Hamilton, Ohio. She is the loving lifelong partner of Orville Jones; beloved mother of the late Kelly Lynn Carmargo and of Jacob Douglas Jones; and dear sister of Dow Winkler. She was raised in Hamilton and always wanted to live in Oxford. Donna, Orville and Jacob finally made Oxford their home and Donna loved to go out driving and enjoy the beauty of Oxford.
The family will hold services for Donna privately at a later date. She was a shining light in the lives of her loved ones and will be deeply missed.
