Donald L. Harrison
Springfield Twp. - Donald L. Harrison. Beloved husband of the late Nancy Harrison for 69 years. Devoted father of the late Kathleen Summers, Donald Ray (Cindy) Harrison, Steven Wayne (Leslie) Harrison, and Lynda Lee (Garrett) Schwein. Cherished grandfather of Michael (Robin) Slaten, Donald “Buzz” Slaten, Tamara Summers, Ryan (Ayla) Harrison, Justine (Tylor) Harrison, Tyler (Karley) Harrison, Jacob Dean, David Dean and the late Craig Harrison. Great-grandfather and Great-great-grandfather to many. Also survived by numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his siblings; the late Robert Harrison, the late Douglas Harrison, the late Lloyd Harrison, and the late Vernon Harrison. Donald passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 90 years. CB handle Sandbag from 558 The Buckeye State. Member of the Disabled American Veteran and the Grey Beards. Korean War Army Veteran. Recipient of two Purple Hearts. Former Prisoner-of-War. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 10th from 1 PM until time of the Funeral Service at 2 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Entombment to follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Memorial donations can be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
