Donald H. Schehr

Donald H. Schehr. was born on April 14, 1935 to parents, Paul Wm. & Ruth Schehr. Donald H. passed away on December 29, 2024 at the age of 89 years old. He was the beloved husband, for 55 years, of the late Ann Ferris Schehr. Devoted father of Debra Weil, Janet (Bill) King, Donald (Karen) Schehr, and Mary Bloomfield. Cherished grandfather of Matt, Andrea (Chris), Nick (Kayla), Erica (Peter), Ashley (Sean), Melissa (Ken), Jen, Ty, and Stephanie (Dan). Also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his sister, the late Paula (the late Butch) Bemmes. He was a member of the Bricklayers Local #18, St. Ann Church of Groesbeck, and the Knights of Columbus. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Graveside service will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, or to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
