Colerain Twp. – Diane Lyons (nee Askins).  Daughter of the late Edna Ruth & Charles Askins. Beloved wife of Thomas L. Lyons for 43 years.  Devoted mother of Theresa Berner, Chris (Nicole) Panno, Kevin (Renae) Lyons, and Kelly (Justin) Bauer. Cherished grandmother of eight (Zachery, the late Jacob, Kaleb, Lucas, Madison, Olivia, Harper, and Braxton). Loving sister of Betty (Brad) Linville. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Preceded in death by her siblings (the late Shirley Askins, the late Margaret Askins, the late Charles Askins, and the late Curtis Askins). Diane passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 70 years. Diane had many passions; starting with spending time with her family. With a caring soul, she was extremely welcoming and treated everyone like family. She enjoyed cooking and baking for others and always ensured no one went hungry. Diane always lived her life through tough love and wasn't one to mix words. She spoke her mind and always acted on what she felt was necessary. One thing is for sure, we will always remember Diane as the straight-laced, big-hearted woman that she was. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 6th from 9 am until time of the Funeral Service at 11 AM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, OH 45231.
