Debra Barlow

Debra Ann (Helton) Barlow, born September 18, 1968 to the late David Elwood Helton and the late Barbara Jean (Gilliam) Helton, passed away on September 10, 2025 after a nearly 5 year battle with cancer surrounded by her immediate family.  Debra married David Barlow on June 10, 1995 and they experienced the joy of parenthood to Lauren Ashley Barlow on August 27, 1998.  Debra was sister to Donald Helton, the late Gregory Helton and Diana Helton as well as aunt to Donald Jr, Eric, Sara, Beth, Savannah, Arabella, Presley, Gracey and Maverik as well as friends to many others.  She enjoyed volunteering for Lauren's various school activities and loved being call "Mom" by many of Lauren's classmates and friends.  Debra was a beautiful and incredibly caring person who enjoyed music, movies as well as wildlife in her spare time.  

The family will welcome friends for visitation on September 17, 2025 from 10 - 11am at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy) with a funeral service starting at 11am. Burial at Arlington Memorial Gardens. 

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and well as Hospice of Cincinnati.
