Charles Edward Sawyers was born to Norman Sawyers and Odra Todd Sawyers 08 Sep, 1945. He was born in Hamilton Ohio and worked for Diebold for more than 25 years. He was married to Myrna Kay Williams on the 11the of August in 1965 and they had two sons, Mark Edward Sawyers (Toledo, OH) and Michael Allen Sawyers (Warren, MI). He has one sibling still alive, Mrs. Sue Smith (Liberty, IN).
