Charles was born in Honeybee, Kentucky to Addie Mae (nee Higginbotham) and Walter Perry on November 25, 1951. He is the beloved husband of Betty (nee Beamon) Perry; cherished brother of James (Betty) Perry, Clinton (Faye) Perry, John Perry, Joyce (Ken) Hawk and Ina (Ronnie) Branscum; and dear uncle to many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents as well as his siblings Warren Perry, William Perry, Violet Perry and Roger Perry. Charles loved to go fishing and camping, but more than anything he treasured time spent with his family. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
A visitation for Charles will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy) on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 10 am until time of funeral service at 12 pm. Burial will be immediately following at Johnsville Cemetery in Bracken County, Kentucky.
