Carol Ann Besl

Carol was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Anna (nee Wiermel) and Charles Jung on August 2, 1938. She is the beloved mother of James Besl, Michael (Stephanie) Besl, Karen Murrell and Joseph (Carrie) Besl. She loved and adored her fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; she is also survived by her dear twin brother Charles Jung. She is preceded in death by her husband James Besl, her parents, and many siblings. 

Carol was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fairfield. She was a proud college graduate, earning her Bachelor's degree in Education at Mt. Saint Joseph College in Cincinnati. She was a bright and shining light in the life of all who knew her and will be deeply missed. 

Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fairfield on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 10 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery in St. Bernard.
