Blake Telinda

Blake Adam Telinda, 64, passed away on April 18, 2026. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 5, 1962.

Blake was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Devoted father to children, Jessica (Johnny) McCafferty, Rachel (Logan) Storie, and Joshua Blake Telinda; and is lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren, Ethan, Anthony, Landon, Danny, Kimberly, Alijah and Colt. He also leaves behind his siblings: Danny (Cindy) Telinda, Alan (Gail) Telinda, identical twin Brian (Deborah) Telinda, Barbara (Michael) Francis; mother of his son Joshua, Julie Rich; along with many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly; and his beloved dog, Diesel. Blake shared a special bond with his nephew Joey Telinda and niece Maria Telinda-Kennedy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Mary Telinda; his daughter, Jessica Renee McCafferty; his brother, Dale Edward; his nephews, Anthony Paul Telinda and Cillian James Lynch.

Blake worked for Pastrimas Painting for 27 years and had a passion for it. He took great pride in caring for his home, whether cutting grass, planting flowers, or fixing things up. He was especially known for his generous spirit during Thanksgiving, where he prepared large meals and welcomed not only family but anyone in need of a place to belong.

Above all, Blake was a dedicated and loving father. He shared an extraordinary bond with his special needs son Joshua, whom he supported and celebrated with pride throughout his life. Their time together, filled with love and shared experiences, was truly special.

Blake’s kindness, generosity, and love for his family will be remembered always.

A visitation will be held April 28, 2026 at Paul R. Young Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy from 10 AM - 12PM. A funeral service will immediately follow. He will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery.
