Anita Kuppin (nee Shouse, Collins)

Anita Kuppin (nee Shouse, Collins), 71, was born on January 4, 1953 to proud parents Clifford & Mary Ellen Watts. Anita passed away on August 26, 2024. She was preceded in death by her only son, James Christopher Shouse. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Shawna Shouse; her only grandson, Hunter Shouse who was the apple of eye ; her brothers, Danny L. Watts, (late) Bruce E. Watts and Clifford F. Watts, Jr.; her cousin Vivian Holt and nieces & nephews; and her companion, Jay Reese. Anita cherished being with her grandson, Hunter.  She taught him how to play chess and they would often go to Nick and Tom's for dinner.  Annually Anita took Shawna and Hunter to see a Christmas Carol and the tradition was for Hunter to put up her Christmas tree every year at his grandma's house.  She loved Christmas and giving gifts. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 31st from 10 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 12 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 3950 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton, OH 45015. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery (Hamilton, OH). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Hunter Shouse Scholarship fund thru any Fifth Third Bank.
