Anissa Joan Wolke

Anissa Wolke, 51, originally of Oxford, passed unexpectedly on July 26 in her hometown of Hillsboro. Anissa adored her bloodhounds and took great pride in them. She frequently attended dog shows and had many accolades to show for her efforts and prized bloodhounds. She took pride in having recently been selected as the assistant editor for the Bloodhound Bulletin publication and wrote bi-monthly articles for a column within the publication titled “Vintage Bloodhounds”. 

Anissa was born to Mary Jean Neese and Joseph Wolke on May 18, 1971 in Hamilton, Ohio. She was the devoted daughter of Joseph (the late Deborah) Wolke; loving sister of Felecia (Gary) Groom; beloved soulmate of Jim Watson; dear aunt of Matt, Andrew and Beckham Groom; and she is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Harry and Verna Wolke and numerous beloved dogs. 

Anissa had a spark and fire in her soul that will be greatly missed by all who knew her. We take solace in knowing that she is reunited with loved ones and all her four legged companions.
