William "Bill" Flowers, 86, was born on August 24, 1937 to proud parents, Hugh & Corrine Flowers. Bill passed away on April 21, 2024. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, the late Connie Flowers and his granddaughter, the late Kenzie Flowers. He is survived by his children Bill (the late Lorna) Flowers, Becky (Jim) Combs, & Kelly (the late David) Frisch; his daughter-in-law Rachel Flick; his grandchildren Autumn (Josh) Stapf & Stephen Flowers; and his great-grandchildren Emmery, Oaklynn, Laken, Evie, & Joshua "Creed". Army Veteran. Korean War & Vietnam War Veteran. He was very active at his church (St. Ann Church of Groesbeck). An all around good person who coached basketball and was an umpire in youth athletics. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 25th from 5 pm to 7 pm at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 26th at 10:30 AM at St. Ann Church of Groesbeck,2900 Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45239. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
