Theodore "Ted" Akers, age 70, died April 3, 2023 surrounded by his family.

Ted was married to his beloved wife Charlotte for 51 years. He served in the National Guard and owned Akers Construction in Lima, OH. Ted retired in Cincinnati, OH where he enjoyed swimming, home improvements and spending time with his family and dog Millicent.

In addition to his parents, Carl Earl and Wanda Ruth Akers, Ted was preceded in death by his daughter Aimee Dawn, 1972. He is survived by his wife Charlotte, his son Brian (Stacy), daughter Carrie (Dimetrius Pinn) and his grandchildren; Tianna Ward, Johnny Ward, Grayce Akers and Chloe Akers. Ted cherished his family with his whole heart and his family will cherish him forever.
