Sharon was born to Helena J. (nee Ventura) and David J. Gordon on January 21, 1966 in Louisville, Kentucky. Her family moved to Cincinnati where she was raised with her four siblings and was a graduate of Colerain High School. She passed away in Cincinnati on August 6, 2023. We have faith that Sharon is at peace and no longer suffering and dealing with any previous health issues.

She was best known for taking care of people and helping them through difficult times. Not only was she a professional caretaker in healthcare, she also extended her heart and skills to those around her in need, including for her mother. Special times with her mom included taking her to St. Ann Catholic Church on Galbraith Rd. where they both attended Mass. Sharon was also a member of the Mt. Healthy Fraternal Order of Eagles #2193, Ladies Auxiliary in Mt. Healthy.

Sharon enjoyed being outdoors and loved a good bonfire. But more than anything, she loved being with her family especially her Granddaughter Meadow and Great Niece Ava. Sharon was a loving aunt and great aunt to all her nieces and nephews and enjoyed spending quality time with all of them very much, including having sleepovers, taking them places and creating a great bond and memories.

Sharon is the beloved daughter of Helena Gordon; devoted mother of Nick (Hope) Vliege; cherished grandmother of Meadow Vliege and step-grandma of Kendra and Teah; loving sister of Scott (Patty) Gordon, Stephanie (Jerry) Brewsaugh, Steve Gordon and Susan Gordon; dear aunt of Eric, Courney, Justin, Sydney, Gabrielle and great aunt of Ava, Greyson and Penelope.

A memorial service for Sharon will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home in Mt. Healthy on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 12 pm. The family welcomes donations to assist with funeral services for Sharon.
