Kathy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Opal A. (nee Newport) and George L. Klems on March 7, 1948. She is the beloved wife of James Robert Bax; devoted mother of Heather (Trevor) Brown and Robert (Doris) Bax; loving sister of David (Cris) Klems, the late John Klems, the late George (Judy) Klems and Kenneth (Joan Kuhl) Klems; dear sister-in-law of David Bax, Becky (Bax) Jackson and Charles Bax; also cherished aunt to many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Kathy's name to the Alzheimer's Association.

A private graveside ceremony will be held for immediate family members.
