Cincinnati- Robert M. DeWitt, Sr.. Beloved husband of Julia "Judy" DeWitt for 66 years. Devoted father of Meg Waddell, Amy (Tom) Focke, and Rob (Kathy) DeWitt. Cherished grandfather of Jenney, Corey (Kristi), Julie, Holly (Chase), Jake, Tessa, and Gabe. Loving great-grandfather of Kaiden, Hudson, Alex, Noble, Ethan, and Jaxxon. Dear brother of Norma Jean (Jack). Brother-in-law of Walter (Diane). Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by Chuck, Pat, Helen, and Carl. Robert Sr. passed away on March 17, 2023 at the age of 86 years. US Army Veteran. Retired truck driver. Retired school bus driver. He traveled extensively. He was a 32nd degree Mason (ET Carson Lodge F & AM). Member of the Scottish Rite (Cincinnati).The family would also like to offer a special thank you to Hospice of Cincinnati, to Cincinnati Palliative Care, and to many of the extended health care professionals. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 24th from 11:30 AM until time of the Funeral Services at 1:30 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231.
