Greenhills- Robert "Bob" Klein. Beloved husband of Rita M. Klein (nee Bruening) for 70 years. Devoted father of Dr. Linda (Joseph) Walsh, Susan (Jeffrey) Giuliano, Robert J. (Ann Marie) Klein, Mary Ann (Gerald) Whitaker,  Nancy  (Clayton) Werden, and Dr. William (Charlene) Klein. Loving brother of Joan M. (the late Don) Berg. Also survived by 19 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; the late Rudolph & the late Irene (Doran) Klein; by his brother, the late Rev. George W. Klein; and by his cousin, the late Alice Hoyer. Robert passed away on December 5, 2023 at the age of 97 years. WWII Army Air Corps Veteran. Member of St. Bartholomew Church. 1945 graduate of Purcell High School. 1951 graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Robert worked as a sales rep for Gibson Greeting Cards & Treasure Masters, Inc. They lived in Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa, Fl; New Orleans, LA; and Dearborn Heights, MI before returning to his hometown of Cincinnati. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 14th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Dec. 15th at 10 AM at St. Bartholomew Church, 9375 Winton Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45231. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
