Rickey was born in Oxford, Ohio to Sheila (Hutchens) Bolser and Rick Sayers on January 21, 1981. He grew up in Oxford and graduated from Talawanda High School. Rickey enjoyed going to the race track when he was young and always enjoyed race cars. He loved dogs, bowling, listening to music, and he also liked stargazing and walking in the woods.

Rickey is the beloved son of Sheila Bolser and Rick (Debra) Sayers; dear father of Steven Sayers; loving grandfather of Layla Sayers; cherished brother of Matt (Ashley) Sayers and nephews Noah and Easton;

He will be deeply missed and the family will hold services privately.
