Cherished grandfather of Sarah Diane Hannaford, Nicole Baines, and the late John (Rebecca) Hannaford II. Loving great-grandfather of Marcus Hannaford & Shelby Hannaford. Dear great-great-grandfather of John A. Hannaford, Harmony Hannaford, and Hunter Hannaford. Brother of the late Earl (the late Katherine) Baines, Michael (Paulette) Baines, the late Doris (the late Gordon) Helderman, Phyllis (the late Bill) Doane, the late Irene (the late David) Correll, Verda (Jack) Spice, and Janiece (Jim) Pardue. Also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, and church family. Richard passed away on January 25, 2023 at the age of 95 years. Korean War Army Veteran. Member of Lifespring Christian Church. Volunteered with Jack Ballard Church Builders. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 2nd from 12:30 PM until time of the Funeral Service at 1:30 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Interment to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
