North College Hill - Rachel C. Irvin. Beloved wife of the late James A. Irvin. Devoted mother of Bette (Roger) Lister, the late Robert (Karen) Irvin, and Bud (Linda) Irvin. Rachel cherished her eight grandchildren and her many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Ernest Bennett, the late Sam Bennett, the late Herbert Bennett, the late Mildred Stapp, the late Russell Bennett, the late Marvin Bennett, the late Helen Bennett,  and the late Virginia Bennett. Also survived by many extended family. Rachel passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 99 years. Funeral Services will be held privately. Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
