Phyllis was born on September 27, 1935 to Dorothy (nee Riser) and Howard Bain in Cincinnati, Ohio and passed peacefully on February 13, 2024. She was known as a loving and carefree spirit who spread happiness to her friends and family.

She is the beloved wife of the late Johnny Goley; dear sister of Howard Bain and Cheri Pepper; and also survived by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and siblings Stanley Schenkel, Dorothy Hodge and Darlene Gerdes.

A visitation for Phyllis will be held at the Twin Towers Chapel (5343 Hamilton Ave.) on Friday, February 23, 2024, from 1 pm until time of funeral service at 2 pm.

Phyllis was a bright and shining light in the lives of all who knew her and she will be deeply missed.
