Opal was born in Lancaster, Kentucky to Evelyn (nee Clark) and Lee Warmouth on January 31, 1938. She is the beloved mother of Betty (the late Perry) Pullum, Ronald Nichols and Jimmy Nichols; dear grandmother of Wayne Pullum, Leigh Pullum, Deserae Nichols, John Nichols, Bryan (Nicole) Nichols, Karl Nichols, Christian (Kay) Nichols, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Karl Nichols; and her brother, Paul Warmouth. Opal was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
