Batavia – Mark Scott Rolfes. Beloved father of Nicole J. (James) Clayton (nee Rolfes) and the late Paul D. Rolfes. Cherished grandfather of Mackenzie, Annabell, Lilian, and Julie Clayton. Loving brother of Steven (Terri) Rolfes. Dear uncle of Jordan Rolfes and Selena Rolfes. Best friend of Mark A. Nies. Preceded in death by his parents, the late John William Rolfes and the late Edith Rolfes. Mark passed away on December 22, 2023 at the age of 61 years. Avid hiker and backpacker. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5th from 9 AM until 10 AM at Paul R. Young, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow on Friday at 10:30 AM at St. Bartholomew Church, 9375 Winton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231. Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
